I had an emergency pluming issue. The company returned my call within minutes and came right out to diagnosis the issue. The owner was super knowledgeable and was able to solve the issue within a reasonable time and was reasonably affordable.

REDD is awesome 👏 . Called evening of a holiday, he answered and he came out first thing the next morning. I have used his services several times now and he is so very professional. Does what he says. Explains everything completely and has never overcharged. Keep his number on speed dial. If need services call.

We recently had Jared out to install a custom water filter system. From scheduling to providing a quote to making repairs, he kept us aware of the process which was appreciated. Jared is extremely knowledgable and professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work as it shows in the end quality result. After calling several plumbers, Jared was the only one willing to come out to my home as I live a bit out there. He was amazingly responsive and returned my call within minutes on a Saturday. 12-9-2024 Purified Plumbing Services, Leasburg, N.C., is the very best. The owner Jarred Redd is the most punctual and caring business person I have ever dealt with. Late Saturday night recently I found out that I had no water in my house. Early Sunday morning I called Jarred, owner of Purified, and he said I will be there and shortly after that he showed up, checked my situation and said I had no water leaks but my well pump was dead. He said that he would be at my house early Monday morning to replace my well pump. Early Monday morning he called to inform me that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes and he showed up timely with his crew. Although it was rainy, his team worked diligently until my well pump was installed and working. He explained in detail what he had done and pointed out another issue that I should take care of as soon as possible that I was totally unaware of. We have worked with Jarred several times and have been very pleased with the work. Once when we had an emergency my wife called him and he quickly came over and fixed the problem. After getting three quotes we hired him again to install a water heater. He was the only one who took the time to measure our crawl space entrance finding current water heaters would not fit. He moved it from the crawl space to the garage where it was very accessible and for a great price.

My well pump went out the night before I decided to call Purified Plumbing. The next day I called by 9am. He was out same day by 11am. And got me squared away before the day was over. Same day professional service was amazing. Not to mention all the knowledge he gave me while replacing my well pump system. I feel confident to do it myself. But I'll be calling Purified Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I highly suggest you do the same.

Found this company on thumbtack and I must say they did not disappoint! They were the first to respond on thumbtack and immediately texted me that night asking for clarity on what’s needed when I wanted the work done. Jarred advised me of the window he had for that day and let me know he would text at the top of that he with an eta and he did exactly that. Jarred was very professional and super fast. No gimmicks, no surprises. Jarred was in and out and he takes card payments onsite which is always a plus for me. I will be using them again!

I was totally shocked! It’s a holiday weekend Sunday afternoon and the company answered the phone responded professionally and did everything they said they would do. They didn’t hide pricing. Explain to me what they were going to do and then they did it. I now have their phone number saved in my phone in case I have any other plumbing emergencies.

After calling other companies and being quoted ridiculous prices just to come look at what was wrong. He came out the very next day and did an assessment at no charge. He suggested I needed a new well pump soon , but still could get by with it. While he was at my house I went ahead and had him fix a toilet that would leak occasionally. Our hot water heater was leaking and we got a recommendation to call Jared. He came out the next day, quickly assessed the problem and offered multiple solutions. He could repair the tank but since it was over 20 years old and likely wouldn’t last much longer anyway, he could also replace it. We ultimately decided to have the tank replaced. He found one that would fit in the far too small space in our garage and had the new tank installed the next day. Weeks earlier we had to call an emergency plumber (another company) to come out because everything in our downstairs was flooding. This guy said that a root from a tree in our front yard was causing the blockage and wanted us to pay thousands of dollars for that company to come remove the blockage. I mentioned this to Jared and he offered to check the blockage free of charge. He then determined there was no blockage so saved us from being scammed out of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend. We will never call any other plumber. Thanks Jared!

When we contacted Jarred about an estimate for a water softener system he reached out to us right away and set up a visit and give us an estimate. His pricing was very fair and we decided to move forward. He kept us in the loop for installing and was here as scheduled. He was professional, friendly, respectful, and finished in a timely manner. Jarred went above and beyond to help me with not 1 but two issues I had going on at once. My sump pumps at work kept failing to keep the water out of the building. He quickly found a solution for that as well as installing a system for my hard well water that smelled of sulfur. He answered all of my questions no matter now silly they may have been. He has reached out several times since installing to ensure the equipment at both places are working properly.

When we got to the lake 7/9/25, we found out our well pump had died. 5:30 on a Wednesday evening with a thunderstorm and lightening happening . I called Jared and left a message and he immediately called me back. I asked if he could come on Thursday, and he said he’d be here by 9:30 that morning. Right on the dot he showed up, agreed it needed a new pump, and by 2:00, he’d installed a brand new pump, cleaned up everything, and got us back to normal. Our water went out after a power outage and we could not prime the pump ourselves. I messaged purified plumbing and the owner came out that day to try and get our pump working. He couldn’t get it going so he went to work figuring out what was going on. We needed new everything just shy of a new well drilled as our well was very old. He worked tirelessly finding all the parts and coming out and spending hours getting everything set up. Our water is back and I will only ever call them in the future. We had an issue with our water pump and on the worst of days Fourth of July weekend. We had been with no water for two days . No one was able to come out. Excellent service. Purified plumbing did an excellent job repairing some leaks for us on a couple short notice service requests. Very happy with the quality of the work. For one emergency repair they were at my house in less then 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend.
